    • We will retain your financial information for as long as we contract with you and for the permitted period of time required by law.

Where these tools process personal data, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place. We do not allow AI tools to retain or reuse personal data for training or development purposes. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by a human before being finalised.
